The following is offered as part of Design Expressions web site maintenance contract:

• Add, Fix, Update, Delete images or other files (i.e., .pdf)
• Edit, Revise, Update Content
• Provide Consultation
• Update/Repair/Fix Links
• Confer with Vendors and Affiliates when requested
• Create New Pages
• Monthly Statistical Report

• Analyze current ranking and traffic monthly
• Writing or rewriting of selected page content when needed
• Writing or rewriting of Title, Description, Keywords, Anchor and Image Tags when needed
• Research & Creation of 5 appropriate key word phrases (up to 3 words per phrase) for keyword tag including: initial keyword consultation/selection and research competitors’ sites.  This is continued research throughout the contract.
• Inclusion of new tags into selected page html when needed
• Text menu bar (if needed)
• Provide a robot.txt file (I've done this for you already)
• Provide a customized “404 redirect” page, if needed
• HTML Code Validation
• Provide a site map page and link on bottom navigation for each site.  (I've done this for you already)
• Provide continuous updated site maps to Yahoo! and Goggle
• Make recommendations for a link exchange campaign and assist in link building
• Reports emailed monthly on site visitors (unique and total), page views, web site page rankings, average user time on site, bookmarks, referring sites, search engines, and keywords and key phrases used to refer to your site. (Which you don't need this.  You can look at your own.  I would consult you on your reports and make recommendations)
•  Analysis of link popularity in the top 5 search engines
•  Analysis of competition link popularity in the top 5 search engines
• Analysis of text in links of the top 5 search engines
•  Check for adherence to current rules of  search engine algorithms
